If you are in search of a unique sinangag or fried rice, then you might try this one. It’s called Fruity Vegetarian Sinangag I got from a member of Filipino Recipe Exchange in Yahoo Groups called Alyssia. The ingredients are not hard to find and can be substituted like for example the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos which is similar to soy sauce.
