Recipe Update: Green Salsa

I have a new addition on the Sauces and Dressings category. The reason why it is called a green salsa is because the color is green. That’s very obvious but the coloring is not due to the food color but the leafy vegetables in it. The main ingredient is the watercress or commonly called ‘tonghoy’ in Filipino. With all the ingredients combined with it (capers, chives, olives, parsley, tarragon vinegar and mayonnaise) makes you think that this dip is great for grilled or baked fish.
