Another addition for dessert category. I don’t know why it’s called Cape Cod. Maybe this cookie originate from that peninsula or maybe the folks there eat oatmeal cookies with raisins, molasses and chopped nuts because the version of this oatmeal cookie have those ingredients as a variation.
