Another addition for dessert category. I don’t know why it’s called Cape Cod. Maybe this cookie originate from that peninsula or maybe the folks there eat oatmeal cookies with raisins, molasses and chopped nuts because the version of this oatmeal cookie have those ingredients as a variation. I have a new addition on the Dessert category. I don’t know and not sure if cookies will fit in the dessert category. Maybe it should also fit in the Bread and Pastries or Appetizers and Snacks category. Anyway that’s not important, what matters is the taste of those cookies. The oatmeal cookie recipe I got here have three versions. Just choose what version do you like.
