Made an additional page in the health section of the main site http://www.filipinovegetarianrecipe.com that tells about the benefits of Vitamin C. Not only does it tell about the ordinary vitamin C but the big difference between an acidic and non-acidic type which not all of us know the side effects. I also thought before that all vitamin C are the same but there is a big difference with an alkaline based vitamin C which helps maintains a pH balance that protects us from diseases. Being acidic makes us prone to many kinds of diseases including cancer.
