How to Make Humba na Nangka

We usually assume humba as a pork dish but I found a recipe from Northern Mindanao in region 10 an exotic vegetable dish called Humba na Nangka. Made from unripe jackfruit cooked in coconut milk with bagoong sauce (fermented fish). If you like to have the recipe, follow the link below:
