Low calorie diets helps to reduce obesity which relates to high blood pressure and high cholesterol level. But a too low calorie diet it harmful instead of helpful. When you go on a low calorie diet, your body experiences starvation and will start to conserve energy by burning less calories and preserving fat. The brain will receive signal to eat more thus your appetite will increase.

So how will you prevent this? it’s by eating the right diet and eating enough food to burn fat.
