Dirty Ice Cream or Not so Dirty Ice Cream?
April 18, 2007 Recipe Update No CommentsI kind a hate the term “dirty ice cream” since those poor small scale ice cream makers are working very hard just to earn a living. I think it has been featured many times already on TV programs like in Jessica Soho. Maybe the small time manufacturers doesn’t have the means to acquire state of the art machines to manufacture ice cream so may the term “dirty ice cream” is because all the manufacturing process are done manually. Mixing all the ingredients by hands and just using crushed ice and salt to freeze the ice cream in carts.
