Filipino Pizza Anyone?

For those who didn’t watch Jessica Soho’s show last night, I wan’t to share with you foodies about a unique pizza that was being introduced. I don’t know if this will become a hit since greenwich has already made the ’sisig pizza’ and I myself was not impressed when I tasted it. Maybe I’m not a sisig lover or maybe it has something todo on how it is cooked.

Anyway there are three kinds of these native filipino pizzas. The ‘Bagnet Pizza’ , ‘Dinuguan Pizza’ and the ‘Pinakbet Pizza’. To discribe the bagnet pizza, the toppings were sliced bagnet, a roasted pork which is an ilokano delicacy. The Dinuguan pizza was topped with a mixture of pig’s blood mixed with sukang ilokos and with herbs and spices. It was described as crispy and looks delicious. The Pinakbet pizza is not well described but looks that that usual ingredients of making pinagbet like the eggplant, okra, sitaw and maybe bagoong was the topping. The customers looks satisfied and maybe I’ll try it someday. :)
