Unlike the traditional halo-halo with the combination of sweetened garbanzos, red monggo, kaong, nata de coco, ube halaya, saging na saba, kamote and ice cream.

Mixing all the ingredients by hands and just using crushed ice and salt to freeze the ice cream in carts.
