Forget about Soup No.5 or an exotic animal’s testicles. You can get the same hot effect and up your libido without having to endure strange tastes or smells. Some common food items are natural aphrodisiacs. In fact, some of them are so yummy you might be eating and treating them as though you were simply drinking water
- Oysters - Considered an aphrodisiac because of their high zinc content, which causes testosterone to be produced in men. Testosterone is the hormone responsible in creating sexual desire.
- Chocolates - Chocolate and the caffeine it contains are both considered aphrodisiacs.
- Cayenne Pepper - It contains a lot of vitamin C, which gets the blood flowing. Hot and spicy equals hot and spicy. Get the picture?
- Vanilla - Its scent as well as ingesting it are considered aphrodisiacs. Think vanilla shake, vanilla scents, and vanilla candles.
