Philippine mangoes are sweet, firm, fleshy and without too many fibrous strands to ruin the fun. People most of the time just slice, scoop a mango meat with a spoon and eat it. Others just peel it whole and eat by pinchinf the skin on the tip to take away the peel. It’s a little messy this way, but part of the fun, particularly when you’re at home. This fruit is also versatile and can be processed into diverse recipes, like desserts for example. A crème brulee can also be made with mangoes.
