Spaghetti Scare

But sad to know many are not knowledgeable enough to properly handle the cooking specially a hygienic way of cooking. Lately I saw in the news at least ten people were poisoned by this spaghetti because the cook did not refrigerate the food and left it on the table with the sauce and the pasta for more than 12 hours. So the result? foods poisoning.
Cleanliness is the biggest factor on cooking. So I have a tip to avoid food spoilage:
1. Wash your hands thouroughly and the vegetables, fish, meat before slicing and cutting.
2. When transferring the food from other pots, heat the empty pot first on the stove to sterilize it before transferring the food.
