10 Years of Employment with a Monster in the Workplace

Hello, It’s been ten long years that I’ve been employed. This is the day were I was employed ( Oct 15, 1996 ) in my present employment. Sad to say I was with a bully manager. I don’t know if I have to say all the things that have been hapenning to me there in my 10 years of employment, just to give you some ideas, please go to this site:

I didn’t realise that I was being bullied until I read some of the articles on the above URL. How an inconsiderate, selfish, rude, ruthless, no empathy, and egoistic manager becomes a pain in the ass. Most people won’t or just pretend to be blind on what was really going on in their work place. But soon if they will become the next target or victim, then they will realised the fact. As I have observed when many of my co-workers have resigned. How that psychopath uses his influence on manipulating the management just to accomplish his evil schemes. And sad to say, with the down sizing of companies, those kinds of people flourish.
So for those who have the same fate as I have, there is still hope. Just believe that someday you will overcome the situation. Reward will come soon after. “The greater the obstacle, the greater the reward!”.

I also want to recommend the book ” The Power of Concentration” by Theron Dumont. It’s already a public domain so it is everywhere in the internet. This will be your guide dealing in your situation and of course, prayer.

Knowing or seeing your enemy in the workplace will give you a better chance of dealing with them than not knowing them.

Last but not the least, I have a message for those bullies. Quoting from the bible:
