Oh what a day. Flu is very common this month. Because of sudden rain fall on a very hot sunny day. I got one and spend the rest of the week resting. Anyway I got something for you, a dish called guinataang labong. In english you call it ‘bamboo shoots in coconut milk’. Vegetarian or not this is a tasty dish. For vegans, just subtitute the meat for tofu, gluten or vegemeat. And for not so strict vegetarians you can use shrimp , fish meat or pork when cooking labong ( bamboo shoots in english ).
Finally I’ve shown myself. This is just a photo from my daughter’s field trip 2 yrs ago from Philippine Airforce exibit. The plane I’m leaning on is a cessna and I think it’s not flying anymore( photo #1 ). In tagaytay zoo with my daughter, along with the ostrich at the background. It’s a nice place to visit too ( photo #2 ).
