Vegetarian Fish Balls
Ingredients:
1
cup thick cornmeal mush
1
egg, beaten
1
cup roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiled
potatoes
How to cook vegetarian fish balls:

Grind
the peanuts and potatoes. Mix all ingredients. Form the mixture into balls. Dip
into beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep hot fat.

Drain on paper towel. Serve
with tomato sauce or catsup.
