Vegetarian Fish Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup thick cornmeal mush
1 egg, beaten
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiled potatoes

 

How to cook vegetarian fish balls:

  • Grind the peanuts and potatoes. Mix all ingredients. Form the mixture into balls.
  • Dip into beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep hot fat.
  • Drain on paper towel. Serve with tomato sauce or catsup.
