1 onion, chopped
l/4 cup oil
1/2
cup tomatoes, chopped

tablespoon garlic, minced

teaspoon salt
Dash
of pepper
How to cook Tokwa Sarciado:
Dice each tokwa square into four pieces. Fry
and set aside. Sauté the garlic. onion and
tomatoes. Add the seasonings and a little water if
it is too dry. Add fried tokwa.
Let
simmer until sauce is thick. Yield: 4 servings.
