Picadillo With Malunggay
Ingredients:
2
tablespoons cooking oil
1
cup vegemeat, ground
1
teaspoon minced garlic
4 cups rice washings
2 tablespoons
onion, sliced
2 teaspoons
salt
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
3 cups malunggay leaves, washed and
sorted
How to cook Picadillo With Malunggay:
-
Sauté
garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add vegemeat. Cover and
cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

Add
rice washing and bring to a boil. Season with salt. Add
malunggay leaves. Cook for 5 more minutes. Yield:
6 servings.
