Ingredients:
1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 egg, beaten 2 cups milk 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1 cup cooked rice 1 teaspoon salt
How to cook Peanut Loaf:
Mix all ingredients until blended. Pack in well-oiled pan. Bake at 350 °F for from 45 to 50 minutes.
Turn out on hot platter and cut in slicer to serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
