Mock Egg Cutlets

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo tofu
1 cup soy milk or pure evaporated milk
3 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons flour
Breading meal

How to cook Mock Egg Cutlets:

  • Make very thick sauce of milk, salt, flour and margarine. Add scrambled tofu.
  • Place in refrigerator to chill. When cold, mold, dip in breading meal and deep fry until brown.
  • Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
