Chinese Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1/8Â teaspoon salt
1/4Â cup oil
2Â cups cooked rice
2Â tablespoons chopped green onion
2Â tablespoons soy sauce
1/2Â cup cooked green peas
How to cook chinese fried rice:
- Scramble eggs in 2 tablespoons of oil, breaking up into small pieces. Set aside.
- Sauté remaining ingredients in remaining oil for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Mix scrambled eggs, cook and stir for 5 more minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
