Cheese Loaf

Ingredients:

1        small box pre-cut macaroni, cooked and drained 
1/4    cup pimientos, chopped
1        cup vegemeat, ground
2        eggs, beaten
1        cup bread crumbs
2        cups grated cheese
1        cup milk
           Salt and pepper to taste

 

How to make Cheese Loaf:

  • Toss macaroni with vegemeat, bread crumbs and pimientos. Blend together cheese, milk and eggs. Pour over macaroni mixture.

  • Stir gently to mix. Pour into a greased 8- by 8- by 2 inches pan or loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 °F oven until firm for about 45 to 60 minutes.
