Broiled Gluten


Ingredients:

1/2 kilo gluten, sliced thin
3 tablespoons kalamansi juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
3 soy sauce

How to cook Broiled Gluten:

  • Place gluten in a deep dish. Add the remaining ingredients and marinate for at least an hour.
  • Put gluten in broiler rack and broil both rides to desired doneness. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
