Beans Casserole Ingredients: 4
cloves garlic, crushed 1 tsp.
curry powder 1
large onion, sliced 1
tsp. paprika (optional) 1/2
tsp. grated ginger 1 can (365gram)
Spaghetti Sauce 1-1/2 cups cooked red
kidney beans 1 can (225
grams) garbanzos, drained 200 grams turnip, cubed
200 grams carrots, sliced into round
pieces How to cook Beans Casserole: -
Sauté
garlic, onion, ginger, carrots, singkamas, curry powder and paprika for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, 1/2 cup water and 3/4
tsp. iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp. iodized rock salt). -
Simmer
for 10 minutes. Makes 12 servings. Filipino
