Ingredients:
2 regular bundles of kangkong
1/2 teaspoon sugar and pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 Clove garlic
1 tablespoon kalamansi juice
How to cook Adobong Kangkong:
- Wash sorted kangkong. Sauté the garlic. When brown, add kangkong.
- When partially cooked, add kalamansi juice and bring to a boil.
- Season with soy sauce and salt. Yield: 6 servings.
Note: Okra or sigarilyas may be used instead of kangkong.
