Cottage Cheese with Cucumber Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese, processed in blender
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cups grated cucumber
( washed unpeeled cucumber, grate coarsely, then remove seeds)
How to make Cottage Cheese with Cucumber Sauce:
- Combine all the ingredients except cucumber. Just before serving, stir in cucumber.
- Serve with grilled, baked or poached fish fillets.
