Sunshine Salad With Honey-Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

1 cup unpeeled julienned cucumber
1 cup julienned carrots
1 cup Julienned singkamas
1/2 cup sliced white onions
1/2 cup red bell pepper, juliennes
2 cups juliennes Chinese cabbage,
(wash thoroughly and pat dry with a towel or napkin before slicing)

 

How to make Sunshine Salad With Honey-Mustard Dressing

  • Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl.

  • Add calamansi juice, pepper, and salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Serve with tossed vegetables.

 

For the Honey Mustard Dressing

1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh calamansi juice
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling, optional

  • In a large bowl, lightly toss vegetables to create a spray of colors
