Filipino Corn and Potato Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled, peeled and cubed potatoes
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/3 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced and blanched carrots
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. pickle relish
How to make corn and potato salad:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. If you are making this salad for kids, you may add ham and chicken to the pure vegetable mix.
