Burong Mustasa with Egg

Ingredients:

1     cup sliced burong mustasa
1     medium size onion
3     eggs 
3     cloves garlic, crushed
2     medium size tomatoes
       Salt to taste

 

How to make burong mustasa with egg

  • Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes.

  • Add sliced burong mustasa, well beaten eggs and salt.

  • As soon as the eggs are done, remove from the fire and serve.
