Recipe Update: Papaya Ukoy

Here is another recipe update on the ‘Vegetarian Main Dishes’ category. It’s similar to the traditional ukoy using shrimp as the main ingredient with the addition of grated green papaya. But pardon me for those strict vegetarians, if you are a vegan, you can subtitute it with tofu or tokwa. But I can’t promise the taste if it will match the shrimp flavor. Maybe some shrimp flavoring will do the trick. So here is the recipe:
