Masapan De Pili
Ingredients:
2 cups ground pili nuts
6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
How to make masapan de pili
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cook until thick.
- Place in small paper cups and brush tops with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake in a hot oven until brown.
- Yield: 3 dozens.
