Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon lye (lihia) 1-1/2 cups water
How to cook Brown Sugar Kutsinta:
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in muffin cups 1/3 full.
Steam for from 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
Serve with grated coconut.
Yield: 2 dozens.
