I’m very exited on having my own blog in my site but the complex installation of programs prohibits me from doing it and the hardest part, which is called procastination. Oh well, I’m doing this manually for the moment until I set-up the blogging software. Hope you can give me some feedback or comments or recipe perhaps?

The photo below is a side dish called ‘Lato Salad’. A very simple dish made from seaweeds that you can buy on the wet market. Those tiny green grape like seaweeds. To prepare it, just clean the sea weeds with running tap water. Slice some tomatoes, onions, fish sauce ( bagoong isda ), & calamansi juice. Combine them and there you go!
