Actually the site http://www.filipinovegetarianrecipe.com has a PR5 way back in 2005 but as time passes by and because of the Google update it slowly diminished to 4, then 3 which stayed there for a long time. Anyway page rank was not as valuable today compared to earlier times when it was first introduced. Many website owners value it because it means websites with high PR they are well ranked in Google search and produced much more traffic than a low page rank.

Just hoping it will not step back to PR3 again and will increase to PR5, PR6 etc etc in the near future. Hope you can help me to by giving me a link to your websites or social networking sites like Facebook or Friendster.
