Diabetic Applesauce Loaf Cake

3 cup flour

1/2 cup Sugartwin (sugar substitute)
tsp. baking soda
tsp. baking powder
tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt
2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped dates

Combine all ingredients. Pour batter into 2 ungreased 9 x 6 x 4 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
