Sugarless Cookies (For Diabetics)
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup quick (Mother's) oats
- Mix dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients to moisten. Drop
by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for
12 minutes.
