Banana Shake


Ingredients:

1/3 cup lemon juice
1  quart orange
1 banana, mashed
1 pint cold water
1/2  cup cream or evaporated milk
1 orange, sliced
ice

How to make Banana Shake

  • Combine lemon juice, banana and sugar. Chill. Stir in cream.
  • Add orange ice and water, mix well, and serve at once.
  • Decorate with orange slices. Yield: 6 glasses.
