Banana Shake

Ingredients:

1/3    cup lemon juice
1        quart orange ice
1        banana, mashed
1        pint cold water

1/2    cup cream or evaporated milk
1        orange, sliced

 

How to make Banana Shake

  • Combine lemon juice, banana and sugar. Chill.

  • Stir in cream.

  • Add orange ice and water, mix well, and serve at once.

  • Decorate with orange slices.

  • Yield: 6 glasses.
