Tofu Cream Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sweetened macapuno
1 can158g cream (e.g. Nestle Cream)
1/2Â Â cup diced cheddar cheese
1 & 1/2 Â cups Japanese Tofu, cut into cubes
1Â Â cup diced honeydew melon grated
Cheese & lettuce leaves ( for garnishing)
How to make Tofu Cream Salad
- Combine all ingredients except grated cheese, lettuce leaves and tofu.
- Top with tofu and grated cheese. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 6.
