1 can (439 g) DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail,well drained
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups mashed kalabasa (from 1/2 kilo raw squash then boiled)
1/4 tsp. grated ginger
1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
How to make squash island:
Caramelize sugar in desired molds (llanera). Set aside.
Mash kalabasa in condensed milk. Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend well.
Pour into prepared molds. Cover and steam for 40 - 50 minutes.
