Papaya Delight

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 pc papaya, medium sized(about 1/2kg), half ripe (manibalang), cubed
1-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1 pc cinnamon stick
1 can all-purpose cream

How to Make Papaya Delight:

Boil water and sugar until dissolved. Add papaya, lemon juice, lemon rind and cinnamon stick.
Cook an wait till papaya turns fork-tender. Transfer papaya to dessert plates after removing from the syrup.
Boil syrup continuously until the original quantity is decreased by half. Pour syrup over papaya. Chill. Serve with cream on top.
