Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cups orange juice
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons margarine
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
How to make Orange Pudding
- Line a baking pan with syrup by caramelizing 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar in it. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, cream 2 tablespoons margarine with 3/4 cup sugar. Add 1/4 cup flour and mix well.
- Beat 4 eggs until frothy, add the orange juice to them, mix well and stir this mixture into the first mixture.
- Pour this mixture into caramel-lined pan and bake in a moderate oven until done.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
