Gabi(Taro Root) Jam
Ingredients:
1 large gabi head
Sugar
1-2 cups coconut milk
(depending upon the size of the gabi)
How to make Gabi (Taro Root) Jam

Cut the gabi head in half. Boil it until
it is soft.

Mash or grind it finely.

Mix the ground gabi with the coconut milk
in a pan.

Cook over moderate flame.

When the mixture is about to dry up, add
sugar to taste.

Let it cool to room temperature, and store
in glass jars.
