Durian Custard And Glazed Pili Nut Cake
Ingredients:
18 pcs eggs
280 gms durian jam
1 liter fresh cream
300 gms glazed pili nuts
250 gms honey
whipped cream
70 gms powdered sugar
sweet dough
How to make Durian Custard And Glazed Pili Nut Cake
- Mix eggs and powdered sugar thoroughly then add honey, fresh cream
and pureed durian jam.
- Pour in cake rings lined with sweet dough and bake at 180°C
for 45 minutes.
- When cool, arrange glazed pili nuts on top and garnish with whipped
cream.
- Good for 28" cake rings.
