2 cup chopped ripe mangoes
1/2 cup chopped buko
1/4 cup Carnation Sweetened Condensed milk
2 tbsp unfavored gelatin
1/2 cup buko juice
1/2 cup Carnation Evaporated Filled Milk
1/4 cup sugar
How to make Coco Mango Royale
- Combine the first 3 Ingredients In a bowl and let stand for 3 minutes.
- In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin In buko juice, add evaporated milk and sugar.
- Cook until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and pour into the fruit mixture stir to mix and pour into a buko shell or In a gelatin mold.
- Refrigerate until set. Good for 4 servings
