1 & 1/2 cups (210 grams) all-purpose flour

1 egg, beaten
1 cup (200 grams) sugar
1/2 cup shortening, melted
1/2 cup (115 grams) butter, melted
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 cup milk
1 & 3/4 cups uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
How to make Oatmeal Cookies Cookies:
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on unbuttered cookie sheets and bake until edges are browned, about 12 minutes.
