Bread Pudding with Cinnamon

Ingredients:

2       cups hot milk                                         
3        tablespoons butter
1/2   cup sugar                                                
1        teaspoon vanilla
2       cups cubed bread                                 
2       eggs, well beaten
1/2    teaspoon cinnamon                             
1/8    teaspoon salt

How to make Bread Pudding With Cinnamon

• Add hot milk to bread, butter and sugar.

• Allow to stand until cold.

• Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

• Bake in buttered casserole at 350 °F for about 60 minutes.

• Yield: 6 servings.
