Ingredients:
3/4 cups + 2 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 & 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped sultanas/raisins
How to make Sultana Bars:
- Pre-heat oven to 325 deg Fahrenheit. Line a 7″ X 13″ pan with Glad Cook ‘N’ bake and set aside. In a bowl, blend butter and eggs then mix in remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pour on prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until top is firm to the touch. Let cool completely before slicing. Serves 12.
