Pumpkin Pie
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups cooked pumpkin, mashed
1 tall can evaporated milk
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make pumpkin pie

Mix ingredients in order listed. Pour into
pastry shell.

Bake at 425 °F for 15 minutes then
at 350 °F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted
comes cut clean.

Yield: one inch pie for 6 servings.
