Nata-Mango Pie
Ingredients:
1pc pie crust base 9" shell with fluted edge
1/4 cup light syrup (1/6 cup sugar + 3/16 cup water)
2-3 pcs ripe mangoes
1/4 tsp vanilla oil
1 cup Jo-na's Sweet Nata de Coco
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 granulated sugar
2 tbsps all-purpose flour
How to make Nata-Mango Pie

Prebake regular pie crust. Drain bottled nata de coco.

Peel mangoes and slice lengthwise, making four to five strips
(about 3 to 5 mm thick) and cut remaining mango pulp into cubes.

Mix sliced mango with light syrup. Set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients then pour over prebaked crust.

Arrange mango strips on crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve
cold.
