Kalamansi (Lime) Cake Pie


Ingredients:

1    cup sugar
6    pieces medium kalamansi (Lime)
3    tablespoons butter or margarine
1    tablespoon flour
3    eggs
1    cup milk

How to make Kalamansi (Lime) Cake Pie

  • Mix sugar and butter. Add yolks of eggs beaten well.
  • Add kalamansi juice, flour, milk and stiffly beaten egg whites.
  • Bake at 350 °F in an unbaked pie crust for 30 minutes.
